④working principle:
The horizontal siphon scraper centrifuge not only has the driving force of a regular scraper discharge centrifuge, but also has a siphon suction force similar to a vacuum tube. When the centrifuge is unloaded, liquid is poured into the siphon chamber through the backwash tube, and the liquid is pressed outward through the through hole of the rotary drum into the gap between the rotary drums. On one hand, the air in the siphon tube is expelled, and on the other hand, a layer of liquid is formed on the filter medium to ensure uniform distribution of the feed. Then start feeding, while the siphon tube rotates to a certain position, and after a certain period of time, it rotates to the required lower position. After the feeding is completed, turn the siphon tube to the lowest position(Position of maximum diameter of siphon chamber). After the suspension enters the drum, the solid particles are trapped on the filter cloth, while the liquid passes through the filter cloth and the inner drum of the filter, collects in the gap between the inner and outer drums, enters the siphon chamber through the through holes of the drum and siphon chamber, and is then sucked away by the siphon tube. After the deposited solids continue to be shaken dry, the oil cylinder pushes the scraper to rotate and start scraping, and then slides out of the machine through the hopper. After unloading, the net is washed. The siphon scraper centrifuge not only flushes the filter cloth inside the drum, but also adds flushing water to the siphon chamber through the backwash tube, controls the up and down rotation of the siphon tube, and allows the liquid to pulse from below the inner drum to backwash the filter screen. The flushing time and frequency can be determined according to the material characteristics, and the screen will automatically enter the next cycle after cleaning.
